Herbert Wynn has more than 27 years of real estate experience including 25 consecutive years with $1,000,000 + in sales.

He specializes in HUD and bank owned property and is the HUD Listing Broker for middle Georgia (Area 12).

Herbert is also an expert on helping first-time homebuyers.

He was named 2006 Listing Leader for the entire MidGA Multiple Listing Service. Other honors include Realtor Of the year 1997, President of the Middle Georgia Association of Realtors 1999, graduate of Georgia Realtor Institute (GRI), Holder of The Council of Residential Specialists (CRS), and former managing broker for Remax Macon, Realtors

Herbert was born and educated in Macon, and is married to his wife of more than 28 years, Rudine Kelly Wynn. They have one son, Hebert Wynn, III.

Herbert served 4 years in the U.S. Air Force, receiving an honorable discharge.

He’s been a member at New Pleasant Grove Church for 58 years and is a Deacon there.

Herbert is a big believer in community involvement and helped establish Rebuilding Together (formerly Christmas In April) and participates each year. He also adopted 3 inner-city schools where read to students and shared his love of Real Estate.
